Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and a smile
- Assist with check-out and ensure billing accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information about the hotel and local area
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks as needed
