Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Arrive and clock in on time for every shift
  • Clock in and out for breaks at designated times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
  • Able to stand or remain stationary for long periods
  • Skilled in typing, data entry, and operating office machinery
  • Able to bend, stoop, crouch, lift, and transport supplies up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to visually inspect details at close and long range
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
  • Willingness to follow all job-related instructions and duties
  • Able to operate relevant technology and phone systems
  • Exemplify strong work ethic and teamwork
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Desire to serve all guests
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests while cleaning with a smile and by name if possible
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform with a nametag and smile at all times
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Willingly stretch beyond traditional roles to meet business and guest needs
  • Work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
  • Ensure all guests are checked in and out efficiently
  • Follow up after check-in to confirm guest satisfaction
  • Stay updated on room rates and promotions
  • Receive and note all incoming mail as required
