Job Requirements

  • authorization to work in the united states
  • availability to work overnight shifts
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in english
  • flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
  • ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • welcome and register hotel guests explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
  • check guests out of the hotel preparing and explaining the bill
  • respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs and providing personal recommendations
  • ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies while delivering exceptional guest service
  • maintain clear and effective communication with team members and other departments
  • manage reservations and front desk operations efficiently
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
