Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate front desk software and handle cash transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to upholding company policies and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and ensure all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand, travel programs and special offers
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
