Job Duties

  • Greeting and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • assisting with verifying reservations and providing information about services
  • processing check-out procedures and handling payments accurately
  • answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to emails promptly
  • managing reservations including cancellations and modifications
  • assisting guests with requests and resolving complaints
  • performing various administrative tasks including mail management and maintaining visitor logs
  • monitoring access and issuing visitor badges while collaborating with security
  • handling cash transactions and maintaining the cash drawer
  • managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • following emergency response procedures as required
