Job Requirements

  • Positive energy and willingness to assist team members
  • At least one year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Capacity to lift, push, pull, or move luggage occasionally
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Willingness to follow company safety and security procedures

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Additional education, training, or certification in hospitality or related fields preferred
  • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and problem management effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent and attentive service to guests
  • Handle confidential information including guest records with integrity
  • Ensure proper credit card and key control policies are followed
  • Obtain and verify essential guest information ensuring accuracy of records
  • Know hotel emergency procedures
  • Maintain accurate accounts of cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Assist with luggage when necessary
  • Maintain integrity of company proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Use all office equipment and property management systems effectively
  • Follow safety and security policies and report any incidents
  • Attend required training and meetings
  • Proactively take initiative and creatively problem solve
  • Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiently
