Job Requirements
- Positive energy and willingness to assist team members
- At least one year of relevant work experience preferred
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capacity to lift, push, pull, or move luggage occasionally
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Willingness to follow company safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role preferred
- Additional education, training, or certification in hospitality or related fields preferred
- Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations and problem management effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent and attentive service to guests
- Handle confidential information including guest records with integrity
- Ensure proper credit card and key control policies are followed
- Obtain and verify essential guest information ensuring accuracy of records
- Know hotel emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate accounts of cash and credit transactions
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Assist with luggage when necessary
- Maintain integrity of company proprietary information and protect company assets
- Use all office equipment and property management systems effectively
- Follow safety and security policies and report any incidents
- Attend required training and meetings
- Proactively take initiative and creatively problem solve
- Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiently
