Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Check owners/guests into their villas for their stay and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
- actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
- identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.)
- follow up with owner/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
- assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
