Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- basic knowledge of hotel operations
- ability to handle cash transactions securely
- proficiency with computer systems
- strong organizational skills
- capacity to resolve guest complaints effectively
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and handle pressure
- knowledge of reservation and front desk management systems such as OPERA preferred

Job Duties
- greet and register guests
- provide excellent guest service
- settle guest accounts upon completion of stay
- manage reservations including making, modifying and cancelling
- assist with hotel operator or concierge duties as needed
- maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, room types, and promotions
- process guest check-ins and check-outs
- communicate hotel services and amenities to guests
- maintain guest history files
- balance room availability and manage overbookings
- document guest requests and resolve complaints
- maintain clean and organized work area
- handle assigned bank and ensure security of money
- meet with front office management daily to review priorities
- answer and manage department telephone calls
