Job Duties
- process guest check-ins and check-outs
- confirm reservations and assign rooms
- activate room keys
- process payments including cash, checks, debit, and credit cards
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are in perfect condition
- prepare daily arrival and departure reports
- complete cashier and closing reports
- balance cash drawer at beginning and end of shifts
- comply with company security and safety policies
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- greet guests in accordance with company standards
- assist guests with information about the hotel and local area
- cultivate positive working relationships with team members
- adhere to quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks such as standing and moving objects up to 10 pounds
- execute other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
