Job Duties
- Answer, record, and process all guest requests and inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices
- operate the telephone switchboard and process wake-up calls
- connect and direct calls to the appropriate extension
- receive, record, and relay messages accurately
- log all guest requests or issues into computer system and follow up to ensure resolution
- provide information about room features, amenities, and local areas of interest
- process room service orders and record transactions in point-of-sale system
- assist guests with internet access and in-room entertainment
- adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests and anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly using professional language and telephone etiquette
- maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
