Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple payment types accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work full time and stand for extended periods
  • Adherence to company policies and safety procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys
  • Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Process all guest check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell or valet staff as needed
  • Run daily reports on arrivals and departures and complete cashier and closing reports
