Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Experience with customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency with computer and office equipment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greeting and check-in: welcome guests, verify reservations, provide information about services and policies
  • Check-out and payment processing: handle check-out procedures, process payments, issue invoices or receipts, resolve payment queries
  • Phone and email communication: answer incoming calls, direct calls, respond to emails and inquiries promptly
  • Reservation management: manage room or service reservations, cancellations, modifications, maintain reservation system
  • Guest services: assist with requests, address and resolve complaints or concerns
  • Administrative tasks: manage mail and packages, maintain visitor log, organize files, maintain front desk area
  • Security and access control: monitor access, issue visitor badges, ensure security protocols, collaborate with security personnel
  • Cash handling: handle cash transactions accurately, maintain cash drawer, reconcile transactions
  • Multi-tasking: manage multiple tasks including attending guests, answering calls, handling inquiries, completing administrative work
  • Collaboration: work with housekeeping, maintenance, management for smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Emergency response: follow procedures for emergencies, assist guests and staff as needed
