Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of front desk or related hospitality experience
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends and holidays
- Must be service oriented and energetic
- Ability to follow directions with accuracy and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous front desk experience or related hotel/administration work
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and hotel management software such as OPERA preferred
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Job Duties
- Register guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
- Make and modify guest reservations and manage room availability
- Assist with hotel operator and concierge duties as needed
- Communicate hotel services, amenities, and policies effectively to guests
- Maintain guest history files and handle VIP accommodations
- Document and resolve guest requests, complaints, or problems to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain organized work area and secure assigned bank accurately
