  • previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality
  • cash handling experience required
  • proficiency in computer systems and hotel property management software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • calm and professional demeanor under pressure

Job Duties
