Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues ensuring timely resolution
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable of hotel brand and various programs including travel and special offers
  • Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
  • Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
