Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Proficiency with hotel management and reservation software
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and hotel management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and process check-ins
  • Assist with guest check-outs and bill settlements
  • Manage room reservations via phone, online, and in person
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • Assign rooms considering guest preferences and availability
  • Handle payments, process credit card transactions, and maintain billing accuracy
  • Maintain control and security of room keys
  • Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergencies
  • Assist guests with luggage, parking, and amenities
  • Arrange transportation and make restaurant reservations as part of concierge services
  • Keep the front desk area organized and maintain administrative tasks
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and complete daily financial reports
  • Adapt to various tasks and participate in department meetings
