Job Duties
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations including making and modifying bookings
- Operate the front desk computer system and telephone switchboard
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Communicate effectively with guests and hotel departments
- Deliver guest items and assist with special requests
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations
- Assist coworkers and support hotel operations as needed
