Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- basic computer skills

- ability to handle cash and balance cash drawer

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- register guests into the computer verifying reservation, address, and credit information
- accept payment for guests' accounts at registration and checkout
- maintain a house bank and make deposits with accurate daily reports
- issue keys and control entrance of safety deposit boxes
- post miscellaneous charges as requested
- assist concierge in handling mail, facsimiles, and providing guest information
- book reservations at the Front Desk
- complete guest registration including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details and room rates, coding electronic keys, and promoting marketing programs
- assist guests with check-out including payment processing and foreign currency exchange
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information and answer guest inquiries
- field guest complaints and resolve issues for guest satisfaction
- carry out supervisor requests per hotel policies and procedures
- follow 4 Keys service standards, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures
- adhere to attendance and reliability standards
- perform additional guest services duties as assigned by management
