Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
  • Ability to work in a team and follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local area and amenities preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using telephone and computer systems

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas for their stay and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests such as use of room key, ice and vending areas
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
