Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • basic accounting skills
  • proficiency in computer and office equipment use
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

  • basic accounting skills
  • familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
  • proficiency in operating computers, calculators, phones, and office equipment
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and assisting with check-in
  • managing check-out and payment processing accurately
  • answering and directing phone calls and responding to emails
  • handling reservation management, cancellations, and modifications
  • providing guest services including assisting with requests and resolving complaints
  • performing administrative tasks such as managing mail, visitor logs, and organizing the front desk
  • monitoring security and access control, issuing visitor badges
  • handling cash transactions and reconciling cash drawer
  • multitasking effectively between guest interactions, phone calls, and administrative duties
  • collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • responding to emergency situations following established protocols
