Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic arithmetic and financial data handling ability
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- availability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to maintain professional appearance and comply with company policies

- deliver guest items such as luggage and messages as needed
- maintain communication and teamwork with other hotel departments
