Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to operate front desk software and reservation systems
- friendly and professional attitude
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- process reservations and ensure accuracy in bookings
- address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly
- maintain front desk operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- support front office management with administrative tasks as needed
