Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum one year of related front desk experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software preferred
- typing speed of 50 wpm or higher
- ability to communicate professionally both written and verbally
- service oriented with excellent customer service skills
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- strong interpersonal skills
- must follow company policies and safety procedures
- ability to work flexible shifts including some weekends and holidays
- travel as needed for hotel familiarization and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- at least one year of prior front desk or related hospitality experience
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- bilingual fluency is a plus
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- customer service orientation
- professional demeanor
- knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA preferred
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- manage and modify reservations
- assist with hotel operator and concierge duties when required
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and amenities
- pre-register and block reservations
- process guest check-ins and check-outs
- communicate hotel services and amenities to guests
- maintain guest history records
- handle VIP and upgraded accommodations
- resolve guest complaints
- maintain organized and clean front desk area
- manage assigned cash bank and ensure accuracy
- communicate shift priorities and follow-up items with team
- answer department phone calls with proper etiquette
- take and relay messages accurately
