Job Description

The Front Desk Agent role at HVMG serves as the essential first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel. This position requires a warm, professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere by handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing reservations, and responding to inquiries or concerns. Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
  • Demonstrated friendly and professional demeanor consistent with company culture
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests throughout their stay
  • Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Manage reservations and update guest information in the system
  • Report daily activities and guest feedback to the Front Office Manager or Supervisor
  • Maintain front desk organization and confidentiality of guest information
  • Assist with problem resolution and guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
