Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one plus years experience in luxury hotel or related customer service role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours, personnel, events, and directions
  • respond to guest requests in an accurate and timely manner through in-person and phone communication
  • resolve guest complaints and seek opportunities to personalize service experiences
  • support check-in and check-out processes
  • provide local recommendations and information
  • collaborate with front office team members to ensure seamless guest services
