Job Duties

  • process payments and prepare accurate guest invoices

  • recommend top dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby
  • manage guest communications, including mail and messages, with discretion
  • coordinate transportation arrangements like a pro

  • assist guests with in-room features for maximum comfort
  • log and follow up on guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • communicate guest needs to the right departments quickly and clearly
