Job Requirements

  • Experience with a Wyndham branded hotel highly desired
  • Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Stable work history required
  • Strong understand of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Need to be a team player
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Wyndham branded hotels highly desired

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory
  • Support front desk operations as needed
