Job Requirements

Job Duties

- Handle guest check-out and process payments accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Manage reservations and room availability using hotel management software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Follow hotel security protocols and ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests
- Assist with administrative tasks and participate in hotel meetings
