Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- familiarity with hotel management software and point-of-sale systems preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and verify reservations
- process guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- manage reservations and update guest details in the system
- respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate hotel information
- coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance
- process payments and handle billing accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby
- ensure guest safety and follow security protocols
- assist with administrative tasks and hotel events
