Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems
- Knowledge of cash handling and payment processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift packages up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and process check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
- Follow security protocols and ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
