Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of cash handling and payment processing

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and process check-in and check-out
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
  • Follow security protocols and ensure guest safety
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
