High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
Familiarity with hotel management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

Provide outstanding service to guests, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
