Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent preferred
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Familiar with computer use and office equipment operation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to comply with standardized procedures
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work without constant supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Six months related experience in hotels or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking
  • Familiarity with computer operations and office equipment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of travel planning websites like Booking and TripAdvisor is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times
  • Greet guests immediately with a friendly, sincere welcome
  • Follow brand standards including brand loyalty programs
  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Employ operational and selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Complete registration and check-out processes accurately
  • Verify payment methods and maintain cash bank in compliance with policies
  • Communicate effectively with hotel departments for smooth operations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
  • Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • Operate front office telephone and computer systems proficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized experiences
  • Maintain knowledge of company standards and policies
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management
