Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous front desk or related hospitality experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, mid-evenings, and evenings
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit experience
- Familiarity with front desk computer operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Greet, register, check out, and assist guests efficiently and courteously
- Maintain control of all room keys and departmental keys following sign out procedures
- Handle walk-ins, stay-over guests, and room charges accurately
- Post charges to guests, master bills, and applicable accounts
- Manage cash drawer, count at shift start and end, report discrepancies
- Keep housekeeping informed of early departures, late check-outs, and special requests
- Attend all front desk meetings and participate in weekly key inventories
