Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous front desk or related hospitality experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, mid-evenings, and evenings
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle cash accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit experience
  • Familiarity with front desk computer operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Greet, register, check out, and assist guests efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain control of all room keys and departmental keys following sign out procedures
  • Handle walk-ins, stay-over guests, and room charges accurately
  • Post charges to guests, master bills, and applicable accounts
  • Manage cash drawer, count at shift start and end, report discrepancies
  • Keep housekeeping informed of early departures, late check-outs, and special requests
  • Attend all front desk meetings and participate in weekly key inventories
