Job Requirements

  • No prior related work experience required

Job Duties

  • Process all guest arrivals by confirming reservations, assign guest rooms, issue and activate room keys
  • Process all types of payments including lodging charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit cards
  • Handle guest check-outs including disputed charges and late departures
  • Manage all guest calls, messages, requests, inquiries, or concerns
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and direct bell or service staff as needed
  • Provide guests with directions and information about hotel and local areas
