Job Duties
- Process all guest arrivals by confirming reservations, assign guest rooms, issue and activate room keys
- Process all types of payments including lodging charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit cards
- Handle guest check-outs including disputed charges and late departures
- Manage all guest calls, messages, requests, inquiries, or concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and direct bell or service staff as needed
- Provide guests with directions and information about hotel and local areas
