Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous front desk or related experience
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings and evenings
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to handle cash and follow security procedures
- willingness to attend meetings and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with front desk software
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- good problem-solving skills
- knowledge of hotel operations
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- check guests in and out efficiently
- manage front desk computer operations and reservation systems
- handle room keys and departmental keys with security
- post charges to guest accounts and manage billing
- assist and inform guests about hotel amenities and local attractions
- handle guest complaints and feedback
- coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- maintain accuracy of cash drawer
- attend front desk meetings
- perform weekly key inventories
- uphold safety and emergency procedures
- manage group arrivals and special requests
