Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability to lift or move up to 20 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide a critical first impression to guests with exceptional service
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone
  • Check guests in and out using computer systems
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Solve guest problems promptly and courteously
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities
  • Assist with guest requests and provide information about the local area
