Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit experience
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings, mid-evenings, and evenings
- authorized to work in the United States
- excellent interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
- reliable and punctual
- ability to manage cash operations accurately
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit
- proficiency in front desk computer systems
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- familiarity with safety and emergency protocols
Job Duties
- greet and register guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally
- handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately
- manage front desk computer operations for arrivals and departures
- maintain control of room keys and follow sign-out procedures
- handle guest accounts including walk-ins, stay-overs, and room charges
- post charges to guest accounts and manage master bills
- ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures
- coordinate with housekeeping regarding guest requests and departures
- inform guests about hotel facilities and local area
- manage cash drawer accurately and report discrepancies
- attend front desk meetings and carry out weekly key inventories
- handle telephone, mail, and message systems
- document guest comments and complaints
- communicate concerns to supervisors
- collaborate with other front office departments
- perform additional tasks as assigned by the front desk supervisor
