Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or related roles
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, mid-evening, and evenings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk or night audit experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate front desk computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and local area
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, mid-evening, and evenings

Job Duties

  • Greet, register, check out, and assist guests efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain control of all room keys and departmental keys ensuring proper sign out procedures
  • Handle walk-ins, stay-over and room charges accurately
  • Post charges to guests, master bills, and other applicable accounts
  • Manage own cash drawer and report discrepancies
  • Keep housekeeping informed of early departures, late check-outs and special guest requests
  • Know and apply all safety and emergency procedures
