Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or related roles
- Work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, mid-evening, and evenings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic cash handling skills
- Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk or night audit experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate front desk computer systems and software
- Knowledge of hotel operations and local area
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, mid-evening, and evenings
Job Duties
- Greet, register, check out, and assist guests efficiently and courteously
- Maintain control of all room keys and departmental keys ensuring proper sign out procedures
- Handle walk-ins, stay-over and room charges accurately
- Post charges to guests, master bills, and other applicable accounts
- Manage own cash drawer and report discrepancies
- Keep housekeeping informed of early departures, late check-outs and special guest requests
- Know and apply all safety and emergency procedures
