Job Duties
- perform front desk and guest services duties including check-in and check-out processes
- proactively handle guest requests and provide personalized service
- engage with guests to share information about local events and attractions
- assist with operational tasks such as serving food and completing reports
- maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies
- undertake physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds and moving around the hotel
- ensure a safe work environment and respect company confidentiality
