Job Requirements

  • Responsiveness to general manager, board, and homeowners
  • professional verbal and written communication skills
  • confidentiality and discretion in performance of duties
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • detail oriented with a sense of urgency
  • ability to work well with a team and foster positive employee relations

Job Duties

  • Manage the functionality of all emergency and fire safety systems and ensure emergency contact information is current
  • provide support management in general operations of the property
  • foster a positive workplace environment with clear communication
  • monitor work order processes and follow through to completion
  • monitor BuildingLink communications
  • meet and direct contractors and service providers on site
  • walk all amenities, grounds, and back-of-house areas daily to make corrections and recommendations
  • maintain consistent cleanliness throughout the property
  • ensure onsite employees meet uniform and grooming standards
  • manage communication channels to ensure follow-up and protocol adherence
  • train homeowners on BuildingLink
  • support Front Desk Agent team in handling concerns, requests, and problems
