Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk or night audit experience
  • Work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit
  • Familiarity with front desk computer operations and hotel procedures
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities and surrounding area
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet, register, check out, and assist guests efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain control of all room keys and departmental keys
  • Handle walk-ins, stay-over, and room charges
  • Post charges to guests, master bills, and other applicable accounts
  • Know room and rate policies and adjust rates accordingly
  • Handle group arrivals and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Keep housekeeping informed of departures, late check-outs, and special requests
