- previous experience in front desk or related roles
- work authorization in the United States
- availability for morning, mid-evening, and evening shifts
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications

- previous experience at front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit
- strong communication and customer service skills
- familiarity with front desk computer operations
- knowledge of hotel policies and room rates
- ability to handle cash drawer and balance transactions
- problem-solving skills
- ability to work varied shifts
Job Duties
- greet and register guests upon arrival
- efficiently check guests in and out
- handle reservations and walk-in guests
- manage room keys and ensure sign out procedures are followed
- post charges to guest accounts and master bills
- maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and surrounding area
- keep housekeeping informed of special guest requests and departures
