Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front desk or related roles
  • work authorization in the United States
  • availability for morning, mid-evening, and evening shifts
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience at front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • familiarity with front desk computer operations
  • knowledge of hotel policies and room rates
  • ability to handle cash drawer and balance transactions
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to work varied shifts

Job Duties

  • greet and register guests upon arrival
  • efficiently check guests in and out
  • handle reservations and walk-in guests
  • manage room keys and ensure sign out procedures are followed
  • post charges to guest accounts and master bills
  • maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and surrounding area
  • keep housekeeping informed of special guest requests and departures
