Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous relevant hospitality experience
  • ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • work authorization in the United States
  • strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • reliable and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk or night audit experience
  • knowledge of hotel operations and local area
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to operate front desk computer systems
  • familiarity with safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • greet and register guests efficiently and courteously
  • manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • handle reservations and room charges accurately
  • maintain control of room and departmental keys
  • communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments
  • manage cash drawer and report discrepancies
  • ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
