Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk or night audit experience
  • United States work authorization required
  • Ability to work mornings, mid-evenings, and evening shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliability and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous experience in front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit roles
  • Familiarity with hotel front desk computer operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, mid-evenings, and evenings
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Basic arithmetic skills for cash handling and billing

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and perform efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage reservations and handle walk-in guests
  • Maintain control and accountability of room keys and departmental keys
  • Post charges to guest accounts and manage billing processes
  • Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities and local information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments on guest requests and special arrangements
  • Follow all safety, emergency, and cash handling procedures
