Job Duties
- Elevate the guest experience by providing a polished and welcoming front desk presence
- deliver an authentic luxury hospitality experience embodying the heart of Sundance
- provide personalized and anticipatory guest service
- manage flawless arrival and departure processes including check-ins and check-outs
- assist guests with recommendations and reservations for resort activities
- provide concierge and guest services excellence
- recognize VIP and repeat guests with elevated service
- coordinate bell staff and communicate with departments for exceptional service delivery
- handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
- ensure financial accuracy and processing of guest payments
- maintain operational excellence with knowledge of resort history and offerings
- support sustainability and environmental awareness initiatives
