Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Elevate the guest experience by providing a polished and welcoming front desk presence
  • deliver an authentic luxury hospitality experience embodying the heart of Sundance
  • provide personalized and anticipatory guest service
  • manage flawless arrival and departure processes including check-ins and check-outs
  • assist guests with recommendations and reservations for resort activities
  • provide concierge and guest services excellence
  • recognize VIP and repeat guests with elevated service
  • coordinate bell staff and communicate with departments for exceptional service delivery
  • handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • ensure financial accuracy and processing of guest payments
  • maintain operational excellence with knowledge of resort history and offerings
  • support sustainability and environmental awareness initiatives
