- Scheduling flexibility to include working nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome and register guests in an efficient and friendly manner
- Handles all guest requests and interactions in a hospitable and professional manner
- Assist with duties in the areas of Concierge, Front Services, Call Center, and Food & Beverage
- Handles all incoming calls and is responsible for guest room reservations, room service orders, and booking restaurant reservations
