Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday opening shifts
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle payments and scheduling tasks
  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling and payment software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Foster a friendly and professional client environment in person, on the phone, and via text and email
  • Book appointments, process payments, and manage paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and inviting presentation of the front desk, lobby, and shared spaces
  • Collaborate with administrators across multiple locations to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Respond promptly to communications including phone calls, emails, and texts
  • Check clients in and out efficiently to ensure a smooth experience
  • Explain treatment styles, memberships, promotions, and provide basic insurance information
