Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- post-secondary education or Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- proficiency in MS Office
- knowledge of SAP and Concur is a plus
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

- detail-oriented and dependable

- fluency in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- post-secondary education or Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
- at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services environment
- computer fluency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- knowledge of SAP and Concur desirable
- strong oral and written communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- attention to detail, dependability, and punctuality
- proactive self-starter with the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Increase managers' productivity by screening calls, interacting with vendors and clients, and email correspondence
- provide scheduling support to multiple individuals including appointment, calendar, and meeting management
- complete administrative processes such as expense reports
- prepare domestic and international travel logistics including itineraries and visas
- coordinate internal and external meetings and activities such as facility reservation, set-up, hotel accommodations, and catering
- prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations including contract tracking, printing, organizing, and archiving meeting materials
- address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
- handle special projects with demanding deadlines
- perform front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, mail management, maintaining security card access, and visitor list
- schedule and prepare conference rooms in a professional setting
- serve as a back-up to the Operations Assistant
- work hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday in-person
