Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient use of multi-line telephone and relay radio
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Accurate typing skills
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and work independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Confidentiality adherence
- Proficient English communication skills.
Job Qualifications

- working independently organizing, prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks to completion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding residents and business matters
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with residents, family members and team members.
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary Front Desk team member during normal business hours
- Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, and team members via phone, in person and email
- Become familiar with team members role and/or functions in order to properly route calls, emails and in-person inquiries
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents, team members, visitors and vendors
- Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies, organization of workroom and business machinery
- Ability to view and coordinate meeting room activity, scheduling, publishing and disseminating related information as needed
- Perform administrative support such as record management, reporting, mail distribution, invoicing, and database management
- Assists in ensuring the safety of residents, team members, and visitors by identifying and reporting potential safety hazards to appropriate managerial staff
- Report on resident emergency responses (RER).
