Job Duties
- Greet every patient and family with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily patient flow
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork
- Maintain accurate patient records and support the administrative team
- Meet with new patients to review treatment and financial options
- Communicate insurance coverage and payment plans clearly and confidently
- Follow up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance
- Ensure seamless coordination between the clinical and administrative teams
