Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of office administration

Job Duties

  • Greet every patient and family with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily patient flow
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support the administrative team
  • Meet with new patients to review treatment and financial options
  • Communicate insurance coverage and payment plans clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the clinical and administrative teams
